For objects: Provide a brief overview of the nature, form, scope, extent, etc. as part of a larger, narrative summary note for an object if the nature, scope, or coverage of the content is not clear from the description. Record this information as an unstructured description.

For videos: For manifestations with musical content, combine the nature of the content and medium of performance notes if that makes the information more clearly understood.
