If you are experiencing problems logging into RDA Toolkit or are having problems with RDA Toolkit features or functions, please report these via email to rdatoolkit@ala.org. We will make every effort to address to your report as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

If you find typos or other errors of a grammatical, logical or style nature in the RDA text, report the errors through the Submit Feedback button in the upper right corner of the Toolkit's top blue banner.

Queries about RDA Toolkit subscriptions, pricing, translations and permissions should be addressed to rdatoolkit@ala.org. More information about RDA Toolkit, including a RDA toolkit frequently asked questions (FAQ) page, can be found at https://www.rdatoolkit.org/.

The RDA Steering Committee website includes FAQs in several languages as well as information on RDA governance and representation and on the process for submitting proposals to revise RDA content.
