LC-PCC policy statements for Introduction to RDA

LC practice: In most cases, use only RDA vocabularies for general cataloging; catalogers should consult the Policy, Training, and Cooperative Programs Division (PTCP) about the use of other vocabularies. The Rare Materials Section and processing units in special collections divisions can choose to use appropriate specialist vocabularies but should notify PTCP which non-RDA vocabularies are being used.
