In MARC: Record as an unstructured description using field 250 $a or $b as appropriate. Separate multiple grammatically or logically linked designations of named revision of edition by a comma. Generally encode multiple instances of Manifestation: designation of edition and/or Manifestation: designation of named revision of edition in separate 250 fields. However, when a designation of a named revision is grammatically linked to a designation of edition, encode both in a single 250 field.
