LC/PCC practice: For monographs, only the first recorded statement of responsibility relating to title proper is an LC/PCC requirement, but catalogers are encouraged to transcribe as Manifestation: statement of responsibility or Manifestation: note on statement of responsibility any other statements of responsibility that aid in resource discovery, identification, and selection.
