OLAC Best Practice for sound characteristic

Prefer narrower element. Use element subtypes instead of the "sound characteristic" superelement. For videodiscs, always record subelements for the primary content, when applicable. Optionally, also record them for secondary content. For streaming media, only record Manifestation: type of recording.
