LC/PCC practice: Transcribe captions as found. If numbering includes both issue number and date, put parentheses around the date.

LC/PCC practice: If the last issue or part of a sequence has no numeric and/or alphabetic designations and previous issues or parts define a numeric and/or alphabetic designation pattern for the sequence, supply a numeric and/or alphabetic designation of last issue or part of sequence based on the pattern. Supply the value in square brackets.

LC/PCC practice: If the identification of the manifestation is based on an issue or part other than the last of a sequence and a numeric and/or alphabetic designation for last issue or part of sequence can be readily ascertained, supply a numeric and/or alphabetic designation for last issue or part of sequence.
