LC/PCC practice for recording date of expression of a religious work: Unless information on the resource clearly indicates the date of expression, record the date of publication as the date of expression for a Bible or a part of the Bible. The same version of a Bible may have been expressed many times, so a date of expression should not be inferred from the version name.
