For streaming media, follow PCC Provider-Neutral E-Resource MARC Record Guidelines. When feasible, give a direct link to the online resource(s) being cataloged; if not, include a URL that links to a website at a higher level of granularity relative to the online resource being described. When applicable, specify the materials to which a URL applies.
